Shipping Schedule

Our store is run entirely by volunteers, so orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please keep this in mind when placing your order - delivery times may vary depending on when in the week your purchase is made.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Typical delivery times vary by location, but please allow additional time during busy periods.

Order Cut‑Off

Orders placed after the weekly packing day will roll over to the following week’s shipment.

Collection at Games

If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you can choose Free Collection at Games at checkout. Your order will be prepared and brought to BRDs next scheduled game for you to collect in person. Please contact design@birminghamrollerderby.co.uk once order is placed to confirm.

If it’s not quite what you were expecting, don’t worry - you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Just make sure your item is unused and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.

You’ll just need to cover the cost of return postage, unless your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or we’ve sent the wrong item.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll check it over and process your refund as quickly as we can.
