No Returns or Exchanges

As our store is run entirely by volunteers and operates on a limited schedule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct sizes, colours, and quantities before completing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days so we can put things right.

Collection Orders

Items collected at games should be checked at the time of collection. Once collected, they are considered final.

Shipping Schedule

Our store is run entirely by volunteers, so orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please keep this in mind when placing your order - delivery times may vary depending on when in the week your purchase is made.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Typical delivery times vary by location, but please allow additional time during busy periods.

Order Cut‑Off

Orders placed after the weekly packing day will roll over to the following week’s shipment.

Collection at Games

If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you can choose Free Collection at Games at checkout. Your order will be prepared and brought to BRDs next scheduled game for you to collect in person. Please contact design@birminghamrollerderby.co.uk once order is placed to confirm.
