Shipping Schedule
Our store is run entirely by volunteers, so orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please keep this in mind when placing your order - delivery times may vary depending on when in the week your purchase is made.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Typical delivery times vary by location, but please allow additional time during busy periods.
Order Cut‑Off
Orders placed after the weekly packing day will roll over to the following week’s shipment.
Collection at Games
If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you can choose Free Collection via Derby Post at checkout. Your order will be prepared and brought to BRDs next scheduled game or available at major events where BRD members are spectating or participating (bootcamps, champs etc) for you to collect in person. Please contact design@birminghamrollerderby.co.uk once order is placed to confirm.
We really hope you love your order! 💛
